Kitty Santangelo, a renowned artist based in Southern Spain, has over 40 years of experience as a painter and decorator. Her work has been exhibited internationally in Luxembourg, Paris, Antwerp, and Marbella, blending expressionism, figurative, abstract, and pop styles through a unique mixed technique of collage and brushstrokes.

Born in Argentina to Italian immigrants, Kitty’s passion for art began in childhood, finding beauty in everyday objects. After a family break, she pursued formal training in fine arts, studying under esteemed mentors. Her dedication led to a successful career, earning acclaim for transforming the ordinary into extraordinary.

Kitty is currently immersing herself in the vibrant world of mixed media paintings, skillfully blending collage techniques with expressive brushstrokes. In addition to her stunning artwork, she designs bijouterie and lends her creative touch to bars and restaurants. Notably, during the pandemic, she established a remarkable restaurant-art gallery in Estepona, where she transformed discarded and found objects from recycling pits into captivating art pieces.
